During this informative session, we will provide a recap of the 2026 Regular Session of the West Virginia Legislature, with a special focus on legislation impacting the workers’ compensation industry in West Virginia.

Leading the legislative overview will be representatives from the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce, who will break down key developments from the session and what they mean for employers, insurers, and practitioners.

A major focus of the discussion will be House Bill 5515, which proposes to modernize language in the Workers’ Compensation Code and establish limits on the number of members serving on the Board of Review.
